How are we doing?

Hey everyone!

So how are we doing? What are some steps you all have been taking toward your journey to a "healthier" you? I have had a very rough week and kind of fallen off my path. I am positive that I can get back on track. My plan this week is to start using some of the meal plan ideas in the "Flat Belly Diet" book by Liz Vaccariello. I am intrigued by this plan because it claims that eating monounsaturated fats (MUFA) will help with belly bloat. The MUFAs that you can choose from are: oils, olives, nuts & seeds, avocados, and dark chocolate. I love all 5 so I am going to try it out!
