Gettin in Shape- Week 1

Hi Ladies!

So here is our spot to share our successes, struggles, suggestions, etc. for "Getting in Shape". Of course my motivation is the reception this summer, but also just being healthy and happy!

We need to take it one step at a time. We can't be perfect over night! Let's make our first goals and share. Next Sunday we can reflect. What do you think??

  1. My first goal is to walk/run a mile on my elliptical every day! Drink 4 16oz. bottles of water each day. Take Blue for a walk every other day.

    The last 2 days I did a mile on my elliptical, yeah!

    I ate a veggie sub for lunch and chicken nuggets for dinner today.

  2. Hey Angie- Yes, I did realize you meant 64 oz. a day, but I bet I only have been drinking 64 oz. a week! ;-)

    So, I have not worked out the last 2 days. Yesterday my hip hurt, so I took a rest. Today it felt better, so I think that was a good idea. But now today is my b-day, and I am still working on homework! So are these excuses or circumstances of life? Any suggestions??
